McDonald's in Bukit Merah is looking for a dedicated Service Crew member to join our team for the evening shift (5 PM to 11 PM). Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers at the front counter or drive-thru.
- Prepare food and beverage orders accurately according to McDonald’s gold standard procedures.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area and kitchen workstations.
- Assist in the efficient restocking of inventory and supplies during shifts.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor service issues with a professional, solution-oriented mindset.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and manage cash transactions accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak evening hours.
Kualifikasi
- Commitment to work a minimum of 3 days per week.
- Available for evening shifts (5:00 PM to 11:00 PM) consistently.
- Must be able to commit to the duration until 19 July 2026.
- Strong customer-centric approach with a warm and friendly personality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
