Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and assist with order placement via kiosks or front counter.
- Prepare and assemble food and beverages according to McDonald’s global quality and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, dining area, and service stations.
- Process transactions efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle various payment methods.
- Ensure orders are packed accurately for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery services.
- Monitor and restock inventory supplies to ensure smooth operations during peak dinner hours.
- Adhere strictly to food safety regulations and workplace health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and managers to meet service speed targets.
Kualifikasi
- Must be able to commit to the 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift.
- Availability to work at least 3 days per week, including some weekends.
- Able to provide a long-term commitment until at least July 2026.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Positive work attitude and a high level of reliability.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
