- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service at the front counter or drive-thru.
- Accurately take orders and process payments using our POS system.
- Prepare high-quality food products while adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area to ensure a comfortable environment for guests.
- Support team members during peak hours to ensure operational efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor service issues with a professional attitude.
- Follow all company policies regarding workplace safety and uniform standards.
Kualifikasi
- High energy, positive attitude, and a genuine passion for customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Must be comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is an advantage but not required (on-the-job training provided).
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
