Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver world-class customer service by greeting customers warmly and handling orders efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dining and kitchen environment at all times.
- Handle food preparation accurately, following strict hygiene and safety standards.
- Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and process payments with high accuracy.
- Assist in managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed during the shift.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Resolve customer inquiries or concerns with a solution-oriented and friendly mindset.
