Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests with a friendly and cheerful attitude.
- Efficiently handle order taking and payment processing at the front counter or via kiosks.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the dining area and service counters.
- Prepare and assemble food and beverage orders accurately and in accordance with company quality standards.
- Support restaurant operations during the afternoon and evening peak periods.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor concerns with a professional, solution-oriented mindset.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth workflow and service speed.
