Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and assist with menu recommendations.
- Ensure efficient service delivery, including serving dishes and clearing tables promptly.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor feedback with a professional and helpful attitude.
- Assist the Management on Duty (MOD) with opening and closing procedures as required.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and floor staff to ensure smooth operations.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Able to commit to a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Professional grooming standards: must be able to adhere to uniform requirements (White Polo Tee, Black Long Pants, and fully covered Black non-slip shoes).
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, energetic attitude and the ability to work well within a diverse team.
- Singaporean or PR preferred.
