- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude.
- Take orders accurately and provide menu recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Ensure smooth floor operations, including clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Handle customer inquiries and address feedback professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe service area at all times.
- Adhere to restaurant grooming and uniform policies.
Kualifikasi
- Must be able to comply with grooming standards: white plain polo tee, long black pants, and fully covered black shoes.
- Possess a neat and tidy appearance (long hair must be tied up neatly).
- Ability to commit to flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, hardworking, and capable of working in a high-volume environment.
- Prior experience in F&B service is an advantage but not mandatory; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore.
