Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and seat guests in accordance with restaurant seating procedures.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and assist with menu recommendations.
- Ensure efficient table service, including serving dishes and refreshing beverages.
- Clear tables promptly and reset them to maintain a clean and welcoming dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of high-quality orders.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor service issues with a professional attitude.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety within the dining area.
Kualifikasi
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to commit to flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Prior experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Basic command of English to communicate effectively with team members and guests.
- Must strictly adhere to the uniform policy: White collared plain polo tee, long black pants, and fully covered black shoes.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work effectively in a busy environment.
