- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly restaurant atmosphere.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them effectively to the kitchen team.
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area and service stations throughout the shift.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor service issues with a professional and helpful attitude.
- Perform opening and closing duties as required by the duty manager.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth floor operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' Levels or equivalent.
- Previous experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Must possess a positive, hardworking, and customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and a team player mindset.
- Must be able to adhere to the grooming policy: Plain white collared polo tee, long black pants, and fully covered black shoes.
- Must be comfortable working on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
