Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and attend to customers promptly to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Take orders accurately and provide menu recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area and service stations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor service issues with professionalism.
- Support the management team in daily opening or closing restaurant operations.
- Ensure smooth workflow between the service floor and the kitchen staff.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in F&B or hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Must be comfortable adhering to the company grooming standards (White collared polo tee, long black pants, and fully covered black shoes).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Able to stand for extended periods during shift hours.
