- Warmly welcome guests and guide them to their tables promptly.
- Take orders accurately and provide menu recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area and service stations.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns with a professional and helpful demeanor.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in F&B or hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Must be willing to adhere to professional grooming standards (White collared polo, long black pants, fully covered black shoes).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be a team player with a positive work ethic.
- Punctual and reliable attendance record.
