Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our point-of-sale system.
- Provide detailed menu recommendations and assist guests with special dietary inquiries.
- Ensure timely service of dishes, maintaining high standards of food presentation and quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dining area throughout the shift.
- Process payments efficiently and accurately while providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and order fulfillment.
- Assist in opening and closing duties as required by the management.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in the F&B industry is an advantage, but not required; training will be provided.
- Must possess a positive, proactive attitude and a genuine desire to serve customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to commit to a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must strictly adhere to the uniform policy: white collared plain polo tee, long black pants, and fully black covered shoes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining high energy.
- Strong team player with the ability to take instructions from the floor manager.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the Sushi Tei brand.
