Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, seating, and attending to the needs of guests.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Serve dishes and beverages promptly while adhering to restaurant service standards.
- Process customer payments and handle cashiering duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
- Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant daily.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth workflow and guest satisfaction.
- Uphold Sushi Tei's uniform and grooming standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage, but fresh applicants are welcome to apply.
- Strong team player with a positive and cheerful demeanor.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle busy service hours.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Must strictly adhere to uniform requirements (white collared polo tee, long black pants, fully covered black shoes).
- Available to commit to a minimum of 16 hours per week.
- Possess a valid Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred but not required, training can be provided).
