As a Service Crew member, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer enjoys the quintessential TBB experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide warm, friendly, and efficient service to all customers.
- Handle POS transactions accurately and manage cash or digital payments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the front-of-house area and customer seating.
- Assist in preparing and serving artisanal beverages and bakery products.
- Maintain stock levels and replenish merchandise as required.
- Ensure compliance with all food hygiene and safety standards.
- Support the team during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or retail environment is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be well-groomed and adhere to the TBB dress code (Plain black T-shirt, dark long pants/jeans, covered shoes).
- Reliable with excellent time management; must be able to arrive 10 minutes before shift start.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid NRIC or relevant work authorization documents required for verification.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays is preferred.
