Tiong Bahru Bakery (TBB) is looking for energetic and customer-oriented Service Crew members to join our vibrant team at our Raffles City outlet. As one of Singapore's most iconic bakery-cafes, we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional experience that pairs world-class croissants with warm, efficient service.
In this role, you will be the face of TBB, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and leaves with a smile. Whether you are managing the bustling morning rush or helping customers choose their favorite treat, you will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly and prompt service to all customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Manage POS operations, including taking orders and processing payments accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service counters throughout the shift.
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages (coffee, tea, etc.) according to TBB standards.
- Support the kitchen and display team in replenishing pastry stocks and maintaining product presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced retail or cafe environment.
- Must possess a neat, professional appearance (Black t-shirt, long dark pants/jeans, and covered non-slip shoes required).
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and attendance.
- Previous experience in F&B or hospitality is an advantage, but not required as training will be provided.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore.
