Join the team at Tiong Bahru Bakery, Singapore's iconic artisanal bakery. We are currently seeking a passionate and energetic Service Crew member to join our team at our Raffles City location. If you love the smell of freshly baked croissants and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, we want to hear from you!
As a Service Crew member, you are the face of our bakery, responsible for ensuring every guest experiences the TBB magic. We pride ourselves on quality service and a welcoming atmosphere. You will work alongside a talented team of passionate foodies in one of Singapore’s busiest and most exciting retail hubs.
Successful candidates must be reliable, punctual, and adhere to our professional presentation standards. We are looking for team players who are eager to learn and committed to excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Efficiently handle order processing and point-of-sale (POS) transactions.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service areas.
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and bakery items in accordance with brand standards.
- Manage stock replenishment to ensure displays are always fully stocked and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain personal grooming standards and adhere to the uniform policy (Black t-shirt, dark long pants/jeans, and non-slip covered shoes).
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a cafe, hospitality, or retail environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a valid Food Hygiene Certificate (or a willingness to obtain one).
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physically active tasks.
