Join the iconic team at Tiong Bahru Bakery! We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join us as Service Crew at our Woodleigh location. If you are passionate about quality coffee, world-class croissants, and providing a warm, welcoming environment for our guests, we want to hear from you.
As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be the face of Tiong Bahru Bakery. You will assist in daily operations, ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile. This role is perfect for students, individuals looking for flexible hours, or anyone passionate about the F&B industry in Singapore.

Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and assist customers with their orders and menu recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area at all times.
- Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently using our digital systems.
- Prepare and serve beverages and bakery items in accordance with our high-quality standards.
- Manage customer queues to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Assist in basic inventory restocking and display maintenance.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure timely service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Highly motivated, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail or F&B environment.
- Must be able to commit to flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a valid Singaporean NRIC or relevant working rights.
- Previous experience in a cafe or bakery setting is advantageous but not required.
- Willingness to adhere to our dress code (Black T-shirt, dark pants, covered shoes).
- Must be punctual and arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled shifts.
