Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly, prompt, and professional service to all customers.
- Accurately take orders and ensure correct preparation or relay to kitchen staff.
- Process cash and digital payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system with high accuracy.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, including dining areas, service counters, and workstations.
- Replenish inventory and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Resolve customer inquiries or concerns with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively.
- Flexible availability, including the ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a positive, energetic disposition.
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
