Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service through attentive seating, order taking, and timely food/beverage delivery
- Maintain strict hygiene standards in dining areas, food preparation zones, and restrooms
- Operate POS systems accurately for order processing and cash handling
- Upsell menu items and promotional offerings to enhance customer experience and sales
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly with professionalism
- Assist in daily opening/closing procedures including restocking and cleaning
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent education background
- 1+ years of experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication skills in Malay and English
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude with genuine passion for customer service
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
