Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve food items according to strict McDonald's standards and safety guidelines.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for cash and card transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation and dining area.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a smile.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding food safety and service.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum availability of 3 days per week.
- Must be available to work the 5pm to 11pm shift.
- Must commit to the role until 19 July 2026.
