You will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards by providing outstanding customer service, maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant, and supporting kitchen staff when needed. Please note: Our team members are required to adhere to a professional dress code, including white color shirts, long black pants, and fully covered black shoes. Face masks must be worn at all times while on duty. All team members must report directly to the management in charge and are expected to complete their full shift as scheduled. - Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Present menus and make recommendations based on customer preferences
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum age of 16 years old
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- No prior experience required as training will be provided
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights
- Willingness to adhere to professional dress code (white shirt, black pants, black shoes)
