- Deliver exceptional customer service through order accuracy and timely food/beverage delivery
- Maintain strict hygiene standards for tables, utensils, and service areas
- Assist in food preparation, plating, and kitchen operations during peak hours
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly using problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless operations
- Execute opening/closing procedures including stock checks and equipment setup
- Uphold brand standards through consistent presentation and service excellence
Kualifikasi
- Previous F&B or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure
- Punctual and reliable with strong time management abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 10kg
- Neat appearance with strict adherence to grooming standards
- Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn new procedures
- Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays
