A Day in the Life:
- Greet and seat guests upon arrival with genuine warmth.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.

Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, paying close attention to dietary requirements and special requests.
- Serve and present dishes and beverages in accordance with Sushi Tei's service standards and timing.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables, resetting sections, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage bill payments efficiently while providing itemised receipts and handling cash/card transactions accurately.
- Respond to guest feedback and complaints courteously, escalating to management when necessary.
- Support fellow team members during peak hours by assisting with food running, drink preparation, or bussing tables.
- Participate in daily pre-service briefings and contribute to a positive team environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Primary 6 (PSLE) education or equivalent; prior F&B or service industry experience is an added advantage.
- Must be able to commit to a part-time schedule, including weekends, public holidays, and shift work (rotating shifts).
- Possess a strong guest-service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English. Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese is a bonus.
- Must strictly adhere to the outlet's dress code: neat WHITE collared polo or shirt, LONG BLACK pants, fully covered BLACK shoes, and BLACK socks.
- Well-groomed appearance with high standards of personal hygiene (hair must be clean and neatly styled).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift trays up to 5-10 kg when necessary.
- A positive "can-do" attitude, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Team player who can work harmoniously in a multicultural environment.
