Are you passionate about Japanese cuisine and providing top-notch hospitality? Sushi Tei is currently looking for a dedicated Service Crew to join our team at our prestigious Raffles City outlet. We are seeking individuals who take pride in their work and can maintain our high standards of service. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience for our guests.
We uphold strict grooming standards to ensure a professional and hygienic atmosphere. Candidates must be willing to adhere to our dress code policy: Dressed in a Collared WHITE Polo T-shirt or white shirt and Long BLACK pants. Footwear must be fully covered Black shoes with black socks only. Hair must be neat and tied back if applicable. This uniform policy ensures a polished image and high hygiene levels throughout the restaurant.
In this dynamic role, you will interact directly with guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. You will be the face of Sushi Tei, representing our commitment to authentic Japanese flavors and exceptional customer care.
Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
- Present the menu and provide detailed recommendations on our signature dishes.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Serve dishes promptly and accurately, following our strict food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and assist with bussing tables.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Handle cash payments and process refunds with accuracy.
- Upsell products and handle guest inquiries regarding ingredients and preparation.
Kualifikasi
- Pleasant personality with a strong passion for customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strict adherence to grooming standards and hygiene regulations.
- Willingness to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to work as part of a cohesive team.
- Singaporean/PR/EP holders preferred.
