- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the handheld POS system.
- Serve dishes and beverages promptly while ensuring high standards of presentation.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a smooth flow of service.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries about Japanese ingredients and preparations.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area and service stations.
- Process customer payments and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Kualifikasi
- Adherence to strict grooming standards: Neat hair, white collared shirt/polo, black trousers, and solid black shoes/socks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of guests.
- A proactive 'can-do' attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle peak hour rushes with composure.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to scheduled shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is an advantage, but not mandatory (training provided).
