- Greet and serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Take orders accurately at the counter, drive-thru, or self-ordering kiosk and process payments.
- Prepare and assemble food and beverage items according to McDonald's high standards of quality and safety.
- Maintain a spotless and organized dining area, kitchen, and workstation throughout your shift.
- Replenish stock and supplies as needed, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and available.
- Collaborate with team members to handle peak hour rushes smoothly and efficiently.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the customer experience and maximize sales.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
