Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
- Take orders accurately and ensure all food and beverages are prepared to company standards.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, kitchen, and workstations.
- Manage POS transactions and handle payments with accuracy.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations.
- Resolve basic customer concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in F&B or retail is an added advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Able to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly reliable, energetic, and a positive team player.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work in the Bukit Jalil area.
