Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and serving customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
- Serve freshly baked goods, cakes, and beverages according to company standards.
- Handle cash, credit card, and e-wallet transactions, ensuring accurate end-of-day cash reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dining area and service counter at all times.
- Assist in restocking display shelves and ensuring products are fresh and well-presented.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.
- Upsell promotional items and make recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are highly encouraged to apply (full training provided).
- Previous experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality is an added advantage.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Pleasant personality, customer-oriented, and a team player.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically capable of standing for extended hours and handling busy periods.
- Must be willing to work in Section 14, Petaling Jaya.
