Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly, prompt, and attentive service to all guests to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area and service stations.
- Assist in the preparation of beverages and light food items as per company SOPs.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and grace.
- Support the kitchen and floor team to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hours.
- Promote seasonal menu items and upsell products to enhance the customer dining experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; previous experience in F&B or hospitality is highly advantageous.
- Possess a vibrant, energetic personality with excellent communication skills in Malay and English.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet operational demands.
- Strong team player with a proactive attitude toward solving problems.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Senai, Johor.
