Join the vibrant team at Sushi Tei at Serangoon Nex! We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join us as Service Crew. In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service in a fast-paced Japanese dining environment. We pride ourselves on our high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction, ensuring every diner leaves with a smile.
Please note that the dress code strictly requires a white plain polo tee, long black pants, and fully covered black shoes. Hair must be tied up neatly. You will report to the management in charge on duty.

Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat customers with a warm welcome.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service stations.
- Handle cash transactions and POS system operations.
- Assist in food preparation and plating where necessary.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth operations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident preferred.
- Experience in F&B service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctual and reliable with a positive attitude.
- Keen attention to detail in food presentation and hygiene.
