- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and ensure they are seated comfortably.
- Present the menu, answer questions about dishes, and make recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation.
- Prepare and serve dishes according to Sushi Tei's strict quality standards.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the dining area, including wiping tables and cleaning service stations.
- Handle cash and card payments accurately and provide change.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a F&B service role is preferred.
- Smart appearance with long hair neatly tied up.
- Must be able to wear a white plain polo shirt and black trousers as per uniform policy.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and basic knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
- Must be available to work on weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Valid Singaporean ID, PR, or Employment Pass is required.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
