- Deliver exceptional customer service through attentive dining experiences and order accuracy
- Prepare and present food/beverages according to Sushi Tei's quality standards
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas, including tables, counters, and equipment
- Process payments efficiently and handle cash transactions securely
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
- Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols as per food service regulations
- Assist in opening/closing duties including stock replenishment and area sanitization
Kualifikasi
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Adherence to professional appearance: white polo tee, black pants, and fully covered shoes
- Neatly tied-up hair (if applicable) and well-groomed appearance
