In this role, you will play a vital part in our operations by ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area. To succeed in this role, you must adhere to our strict grooming standards: wearing a white plain polo shirt, long black pants, and fully covered black shoes. Hair must be neatly tied back. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and ensure a welcoming dining atmosphere upon arrival.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Serve food and drinks to tables in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, tables, and restrooms.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently.
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including plating sushi and making beverages.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a positive attitude.
- Adhere to strict grooming standards (white polo, black pants, black shoes) and dress code.
Kualifikasi
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods during shifts.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Previous experience in F&B service is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Must have a neat and professional appearance (grooming standards apply).
- Basic computer literacy for operating the POS terminal.
- Must be willing to work at Serangoon Nex.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-centric mindset.
