Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome and greet guests upon arrival, assisting with seating arrangements to ensure comfort.
- Present menus, explain daily specials and signature dishes, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve dishes promptly and efficiently, adhering to Sushi Tei's high standards of food presentation and quality.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked dining area and workstation throughout the shift.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with professionalism and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and preparing service stations for service.
- Process bill payments accurately and efficiently using the POS system, ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure a seamless service flow and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels or equivalent qualifications.
- Prior experience in F&B or the service industry is a strong advantage, but fresh starters with the right attitude are highly encouraged to apply!
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shift work.
- Possesses a positive learning attitude, a strong sense of responsibility, and a team-first spirit.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and carry trays.
- Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Singapore (Singaporeans, PRs, or valid work pass holders).
