Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and present high-quality sushi dishes according to brand standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service at the sushi counter (kiosk)
- Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness of workstations and equipment
- Process customer orders efficiently using POS systems
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment
- Adhere to food safety regulations and HACCP protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and hygiene practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
