Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately using the POS system.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized workspace, including tables and service areas.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, food safety, and workplace cleanliness at all times.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in the F&B or retail industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for customer service.
