Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival at the counter.
- Take and process customer orders accurately, including beverages and food items.
- Prepare food and drinks according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area and kitchen.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash transactions efficiently.
- Assist in restocking inventory and ensuring supplies are always available.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and team to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in the hospitality, food & beverage, or retail sector is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods and perform light lifting when necessary.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for customer service.
- Willingness to undergo training on our products and service standards.
