- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival at the store with a smile.
- Prepare and serve beverages and bakery items with speed, accuracy, and great presentation.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized workspace, including tables and floors.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions and handle cash.
- Follow all hygiene and food safety standards strictly to ensure a safe environment.
- Assist in basic inventory management and stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, take orders, and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPM-V education level.
- Previous experience in customer service or the food & beverage industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic mathematical skills for accurate cash handling and ordering.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Positive attitude, a passion for baking, and a genuine desire to serve others.
