Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and assemble fresh sushi rolls and dishes to maintain high quality and presentation standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately at the sushi kiosk, and provide friendly service.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking ingredients and notifying supervisors of low stock.
- Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in a F&B service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work well in a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
