Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression at T3 and T4 terminals.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently.
- Prepare and serve menu items according to The Coffee Club’s high standards of presentation and quality.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace, including tables, floors, and service areas, in compliance with HACCP standards.
- Handle cash transactions and operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately.
- Supervise the service crew during shifts, ensuring operational standards are met and staff are well-coordinated.
- Assist in stock management, inventory checks, and ordering supplies as needed.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in F&B service, preferably in a café or restaurant setting.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts (midnight allowances provided).
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift trays or equipment as required.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and ordering.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to the company’s brand standards and operating procedures.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Relevant food handling or hygiene certificates are an advantage.
