Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional customer service and attend to guests' needs promptly and courteously.
  • Assist in daily outlet operations including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cleanliness.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
  • Handle cashiering duties and operate POS systems accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment in compliance with food safety regulations.
  • For Supervisors and Asst. Managers: Supervise team members, ensure shift targets are met, and manage schedules.
  • Train and mentor new staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
  • Assist in managing outlet profitability, controlling costs, and driving sales.

Kualifikasi

  • Passion for hospitality and customer service with a positive attitude.
  • Prior experience in F&B or retail is an advantage but not required for Service Crew.
  • For Supervisor/Manager roles: At least 1-2 years of leadership experience in a similar environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays (with 5-day work week).
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
