We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our family as Service Crew, Supervisor, and Assistant Outlet Manager for our outlets in Singapore's central area. We offer a 5-day work week, an attractive monthly salary ranging from $2,400 to $3,500 depending on the role and experience, and ongoing training and development opportunities. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and attend to guests' needs promptly and courteously.
- Assist in daily outlet operations including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cleanliness.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Handle cashiering duties and operate POS systems accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment in compliance with food safety regulations.
- For Supervisors and Asst. Managers: Supervise team members, ensure shift targets are met, and manage schedules.
- Train and mentor new staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
- Assist in managing outlet profitability, controlling costs, and driving sales.
Kualifikasi
- Passion for hospitality and customer service with a positive attitude.
- Prior experience in F&B or retail is an advantage but not required for Service Crew.
- For Supervisor/Manager roles: At least 1-2 years of leadership experience in a similar environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays (with 5-day work week).
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
