Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of food presentation, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating guest needs and resolving inquiries efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with the team to share workload and support colleagues during peak hours.
- Assist the supervisor in daily briefings, training new hires, and operational planning.
- Handle cash register operations and POS systems accurately and responsibly.
- Ensure compliance with company health, safety, and food safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in F&B or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on additional leadership responsibilities as required.
- Punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights when necessary.
