Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and present high-quality sushi according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service at the sushi counter, including order taking and recommendations
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in all work areas
- Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels and replenishing supplies
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash and non-cash transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless outlet operations
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene practices
- Physically able to stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
