This role requires strict adherence to our dress code: collared WHITE Polo T-shirt or white shirt, BLACK pants (full-length), fully covered Black shoes with black socks only. Neatly groomed hair is mandatory. You'll handle order processing, food presentation, table maintenance, and collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations. - Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring warm and welcoming service
- Take accurate orders and process payments efficiently
- Prepare and present food/beverages according to brand standards

- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns professionally
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
- Adhere to all food safety and workplace safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- Previous hospitality/food service experience preferred
