Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, seating, and attending to guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system and communicate them effectively to the kitchen team
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the dining area, tables, and service stations
- Assist in food preparation and presentation according to Sushi Tei's standards
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using various payment methods
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
- Professional appearance with neat grooming and adherence to dress code requirements (white polo/shirt, black pants, black shoes with black socks)
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the team
- Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team
