Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, seating, and attending to guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system and communicate them effectively to the kitchen team
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the dining area, tables, and service stations
  • Assist in food preparation and presentation according to Sushi Tei's standards
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently using various payment methods
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations

Kualifikasi

  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
