- Welcome and greet all guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including table setups and general tidiness
- Provide recommendations on menu items and respond to customer inquiries with product knowledge
- Process payments and handle cash register operations efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen and service team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Report to outlet management and follow all operational guidelines
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE N/O Level qualifications preferred
- Previous experience in food service, retail, or hospitality is advantageous but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
- Friendly and customer-oriented personality with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
