Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
- Ensure smooth service flow by delivering orders promptly and checking on guest satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the dining area throughout the shift.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor service issues with a professional attitude.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are served according to the guest's requests.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols strictly.
Kualifikasi
- Must be able to adhere to the designated uniform policy: White collared plain polo tee, long black pants, and fully covered black shoes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to team tasks.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Prior experience in a food and beverage or retail environment is an advantage but not required.
