Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience
- Take orders and serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including table setup and clearing
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems
- Report to management and coordinate with team members for smooth operations
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Represent the brand professionally in prescribed uniform
Kualifikasi
- Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus)
- Friendly and approachable personality with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift light loads
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Minimum age of 18 years old
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and during meal periods
