As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in upholding our reputation for exceptional hospitality. Your day-to-day tasks will include warmly welcoming guests, taking orders with precision, serving food and beverages promptly, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining space, and processing payments accurately. You will also be expected to adhere to a professional dress code: white collared plain polo tee, long black pants, and fully covered black shoes.

- Greet and seat guests warmly, and take food and beverage orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Serve dishes and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the dining area, tables, and serving stations.
- Process customer payments through various methods (cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments).
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including table setup, restocking, and cleaning.
- Respond to guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, as well as the required dress code.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Prior experience in F&B or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Positive learning attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
