Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere in the café
- Prepare and serve premium baked goods, beverages, and light meals according to brand standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate POS systems efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the café
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies at all times
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- Previous experience in F&B or customer service is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good time management and organizational skills
